  • 2026 – Saturdays ~ $6,300 ~ 10am – 10pm

  • 2027 – Sunday – Friday ~ $5,900 ~ 10am – 9pm

  • Let us know if you would like to extend your 1-hour rehearsal and host your rehearsal dinner on site for a fee
  • For a small ceremony (30 and less): The perfect setting for an intimate ceremony with 30 people or less. Stepping Stones Garden has several lovely intimate settings, perfect for a small ceremony. Monday through Thursday–ask for special pricing

Rehearsals

Rehearsals are scheduled for Thursdays, we can consider a Friday rehearsal 6 weeks from wedding date if the Friday is not booked for an event.

Cleanup

Barn, tent and pavilion picked up. Brides room picked up. Groom’s room picked up. Restrooms picked up. Kitchen and bar areas picked up with all food removed. Caterer’s to remove their garbage. Grounds cleaned of litter. Trash must be placed in receptacles provided. Please make sure you take all your personal belongings the day of the event, we are not responsible for items left upon your departure. Cleanup needs to be concluded by 11:00 p.m. Excess clean-up will be charged at $300/hr.

Restrictions

Please no silk flower petals, rice, birdseed or confetti…bubbles make a fun celebration. Smoking in the designated area only, all tables must be covered with linens, flameless candles only and no pets unless special arrangements are made for the ceremony.
